Chancel Decorators

The worship team is looking for volunteers to help creatively prepare the chancel during Lent. You will work with the pastors and Dr. Craig to enhance the worship experience each week. Music Ministry Assistants

Are you willing to assist the Director of Music and Worship Arts with administrative tasks in the office on an as needed basis? We need help sending out mailings, contacting members via telephone, and various other administrative tasks that are vital to the Music and Worship Arts department. It is a perfect position for someone who loves music and wants to help, but is not a performer.

Music Librarian Assistants

We are looking for people who would be willing to assist the Music Librarian in maintaining the music library and the choir folders. Volunteers would need to keep each choir's music folders up-to-date and help catalog and organize the library.

Acolytes

Our acolyte program is open to all children and students in 3rd through 12th grade. Acolytes serve in the ceremonial duty of lighting the altar candles for the Sunday morning worship service, as well as helping the pastors with other ceremonials duties in worship. More experienced acolytes can serve as team captains and bring in the cross at the beginning of each worship service. For more information or to join please contact Cindy Wenz at or 281.634.8909.
