Bread of Life - A New Food Ministry
As you may have heard, Angel Food Ministry is no longer in operation, but we have moved quickly to find another resource to serve those who have come to depend on this ministry to stretch their food dollar. In cooperation with Mid America Foods, we will continue to offer an excellent food value on the same schedule and with the same care as in the past.
Mid America Foods features a monthly menu of six or more pre-assembled boxes of food with exceptional value. The food boxes provide the protein we need in our diets with beef, chicken, pork, fish and entrée selections. Boxes range from large to small to meet the needs of everyone.
There are no income requirements, financial qualifications or applications needed. Everybody can participate. This ministry is both a bargain and a blessing for those who want to stretch their food dollars each month. You can purchase a box of food for yourself or donate a box of food to someone less fortunate. You may purchase as many food boxes as you want as often as you like.

Volunteer Opportunities
It takes dozens of volunteers to help make this ministry a success. With everyone’s gifts and talents working together as a team, we have the opportunity to minister not only to our church family, but also to hundreds of others beyond our church walls. We can show the world what being a Christian is all about…emulating Jesus’ love for others and helping those in need.
There are many opportunities to be a blessing to others. Whether you are a member of the church or a member of the community, you are welcome to volunteer your services and experience the joy of serving others.
