About Serving on the Children’s Ministry Leadership Team
The Children's Ministry Team is made up of a Lay Leader, team members, a Secretary and the Children's Ministry Director. The function of the team is to plan and execute ministry events and discuss issues of growth and development of Children's Ministry as a whole.
Lay Leader

- Serve on the Children's Ministry Team
- Attend Leadership Team meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of each month

Job Description:
- Serve on the Children's Ministry Team
- Assist the Director of Children's Ministry with setting up CMT meetings
- Record the minutes of Children's Ministry Team meetings
Secretary
Spiritual Gifts: Administration, Helps
Job Description:
- Serve on the Children's Ministry Team
- Assist the Director of Children's Ministry in helping teachers implement their lessons by providing them with guidance and materials
- Record the minutes of Children's Ministry Team meetings
Event Team Coordinator and Members
Spiritual Gifts: Arts & Crafts, Fellowship, Helps, Serving.
Job Description:
- Serving on the Event Team
- Assist in planning and implementing the special event.
