KidsServe
Kids benefit from serving others. They learn traits such as responsibility, leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, self-respect, self-discipline, self-motivation, and tolerance. When we teach a child to serve, we are also teaching that child to become a servant for life.
The KidsServe Program: Each age/grade will have an annual service project that they do together as a class. Each class decides what project they will do that year and work together to execute it.
Two Year Old Class: Senior Citizens
Three Year Old Class: Hospital (patients)
Four Year Old Class: Other non-profits
Kindergarten Class: Animals
First Grade: Environment
Second Grade: Sugar Land First United Methodist Church
Third Grade: Senior Citizens
Fourth & Fifth Grade: Homeless people
KidsServe Collection
The 2-year-old class of KidsWorld will be doing a KidServe project by collecting gently-used children’s books for the Children’s Hospital. We are accepting donations now through January 22. Collection baskets will be set up in the KidsWorld rotunda. Learn more about KidsServe...
