What is 5th Sunday serving?

Four times a year, we encourage children to serve in the 11:15 a.m. worship service as a Greeter, Usher, Money Sorter or Attendance Counter. 5th Sunday Serving lays the groundwork for our children to see service in the church as a vital and necessary part of being a Christian. It's also a chance to educate them about tithing and how the offering is used to support the church and its ministries and programs. This is a wonderful opportunity for parents to serve alongside their children for a Sunday.
