One Man's Prayer: A Men's Ministry

One Man's Prayer is a men's bible study held each Sunday at 10:10a.m. This bible study is intended to serve as a refuge in which men can study and discuss practical application of God's word in our daily lives as well as learn more about & help one another. Our purpose is to help men of all ages seek closer companionship to God and by so doing overcome the challenges all men face at one time or another. Our study is Scripturally based, casual in pace and steady in its persistence in seeking God's will in our lives.

What We're Studying

We are studying 1st Timothy & Titus, guided by the John Stott Bible studies "Fighting the Good Fight". We live in a culture where the beliefs and preferences of the individual are given final authority. Paul's firm commitment to the church as "the pillar and foundation of the truth" stands against the current. His letters to Timothy and Titus call us to reestablish the core beliefs of Christianity and affirm our convictions about the gospel. Paul's priority in these letters is to make sure that the truth of the gospel is faithfully guarded and delivered to the next generation. Through these studies, we will be challenged to carry on the battle, armed with the truth of the gospel. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to study God's word and build fellowship with other men. Whether as an occasional visitor or a consistent attendee, feel free to join us.
