What's First Place 4 Health
First Place 4 Health is dedicated to providing quality information for development of a physical, emotional and spiritual environment leading to a life that honors God in Jesus Christ. As a health oriented program, First Place 4 Health shall stress the highest excellence and proficiency in instruction with a goal of developing within each participant mastery of all the basics of a lasting healthy lifestyle, so that all may achieve their highest potential in body, mind and spirit. The spiritual development of each participant shall be given high priority so that each may come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ and God's plan and purpose for each life.
Orientation meetings August 17 and 24
Orientation meetings will be held on August 17 and 24 from 5:00-6:00 p.m. in room 806. You must attend one of the orientation meetings in order to join First Place 4 Health.
First Place Begins September 7
Begin With Christ is the first in a series of Bible studies in the First Place 4 Health program that helps members focus on surrendering to the lordship of Christ. Includes 12 weekly studies, as well as inspirational and motivational Scripture memory verses, two weeks of Menu Plans, a walking chart and coordinating Scripture Memory Music CD.
Begin with Christ with First Place 4 Health bible study on Sundays from 5:00-6:30 p.m. starting on September 7 in room 806. The Cost of the members kit is $110 which includes: First Place 4 Health Hardcover Book, First Place 4 Health Member's Guide, Simple Ideas for Healthy Living, Food On The Go Pocket Guide, Why Should a Christian Be Physically Fit?
